A man was shot and killed in the early evening of Saturday, July 19, in Dom Eliseu. The victim has been identified as Sabino Serapião.

According to preliminary information from the Military Police, Sabino was standing with a friend in front of a business on JK de Oliveira Avenue when a suspect arrived on a motorcycle. The individual parked the vehicle, approached the victim on foot, and opened fire.

Sabino died at the scene from his injuries.

The Military Police secured the area until the arrival of the Forensic Medical Institute. An investigation is currently underway to identify the suspect and determine the motive behind the crime.
