On December 10, information from Traffic Police Team No. 1, Traffic Police Department of Thanh Hoa Province Police said that at about 10:27 p.m. on December 9, on National Highway 45, a serious traffic accident occurred, causing two young men to be injured and killed.
According to initial information, at the above time, a car with license plate 36K 103.xx, driven by Mr. Le Van Manh (37 years old, residing in Quan Lao town, Yen Dinh district) was traveling on National Highway 45.
When reaching Thieu Long commune, Thieu Hoa district, he collided with a motorbike without a license plate, driven by Le Van Manh and Nguyen Xuan Hieu (both 16 years old, residing in Dinh Hai commune, Yen Dinh district) going in the opposite direction.
The impact was so strong that Le Van Manh was thrown into the air, rolled several times, and fell onto the road. As a result, Le Van Manh died later, and Nguyen Xuan Hieu was seriously injured.
