This Tuesday, the animal abuse of a dog was reported on social media, who was tied to the back of a Super Duty truck and dragged across the street in Barinas.
The event occurred in the state of Barinas in the south-west of Venezuela, and even those who were aboard the truck traveled a good distance through the city dragging the dog.
The video shows how they placed a rope from the tow ball and tied the dog's head, which was apparently still alive.
They claim that the video was recorded on Agustín Figueredo Avenue, near Trigo Pan, in the direction of Dominga Ortiz de Páez, in the Barinas municipality.
