A 61-year-old woman has been seriously injured following a collision involving a car in Hull, according to Humberside Police.

The incident occurred around 4:20 p.m. BST on Tuesday, as both the cyclist and the driver of a silver Citroën Picasso were traveling eastbound along Holderness Road.

Police confirmed that the driver stopped at the scene and is cooperating with the ongoing investigation.

Authorities are appealing for witnesses and requesting anyone with information or dashcam footage to contact Humberside Police via the non-emergency number 101.
