Officials from the Maracaibo Fire Department went to lower him from the electrical structure, with some difficulties because he was on the power lines.
According to Zulia Sin Censura, the man was transferred to the Autonomous Service University Hospital of Maracaibo (Sahum), with third-degree burns on more than 60 percent of his body .
