Accordingly, the incident occurred at around 3:00 p.m. on August 30, at an auto repair garage in Gia Thanh commune, Gia Vien district, Ninh Binh.
At that time, a Howo truck was damaged so it was brought to the above garage for repair. After the worker removed the tire, the tire suddenly exploded, killing the worker and the truck driver.
"We initially determined that this was an industrial accident, so we are coordinating with the inspector of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Ninh Binh province and related units to investigate and clarify the cause of the incident" - representative of the Company's leadership.
