A 38-year-old woman was assaulted by a coworker on Saturday while working at the entrance of a residential condominium in Salvador, Bahia. Video footage from a security camera shows the two employees engaged in a verbal dispute before the man grabbed a helmet and struck the woman multiple times on the head. She attempted to shield herself with her hands, but sustained several blows.

After the attack, the man struck her with a slap, gathered his belongings, and left the port‐entry area of the condominium. No arrest has been made at this time.

The victim filed a police report with local authorities. The condominium’s management issued a statement condemning the act and confirmed that the employee has been suspended pending further action.

Investigators say the incident followed a confrontation when the coworker attempted to enter the condominium against traffic regulations and was confronted by his colleague.
