Two men died after being trapped between pieces of granite in a marble factory in Irajá, in the North Zone of Rio. According to the Fire Department, the Irajá barracks was called in the morning, and the deaths of the victims were confirmed as soon as the agents arrived at the scene. According to the Civil Police, Bruno Santos, 41 years old, owned a marble parts store in Madureira and would have accompanied the second victim, Rodrigo Tavares, 36 years old, an employee of his marble shop, on a visit to the shed. from Irajá to negotiate the purchase of parts with the owner of the place, identified as João Guedes.
