Dogiyai, August 11, 2025 – A civilian identified as Darsil suffered an arrow wound to the chest and a cut on the wrist after being attacked by unknown assailants on Monday evening at around 18:12 local time.

Authorities confirmed the incident, stating that Darsil, originally from Buton, sustained additional injuries to his left arm.

Security forces were deployed to the scene to investigate and secure the area. Residents living near the Idakebo complex were urged to remain cautious, stay alert, and immediately report any suspicious activity.

The day before, unrest was reported following allegations of a civilian being shot. Residents also blocked roads in the Ekimanida area, disrupting traffic and daily activities, particularly along routes connecting the market with nearby neighborhoods.

In response, combined security forces moved in to clear the roadblocks and restore order.
