A fatal altercation in Rossosh was captured on CCTV and has since circulated widely on social media. The incident, which occurred near a café on Proletarskaya Street, ended in the death of a 40-year-old man named Maxim.

Maxim, who wore a sleeveless T-shirt in the video, worked at the local Mineral Fertilizers plant. He was unmarried and had no children. The attacker, seen holding a bouquet of flowers before the confrontation, was not previously acquainted with Maxim.

According to the footage, the suspect approached a group of people outside the café and began a heated exchange. The argument escalated into a physical fight during which the suspect pulled a knife and fatally wounded Maxim. Bystanders now believe that timely intervention to stop the bleeding might have saved his life.

Authorities have confirmed that the suspect has been detained.
