The footage shows the acrobat jumping onto the wheel, rising up, and then falling off.
The 22-year-old artist was allowed to perform an acrobatic stunt on the Wheel of Courage attraction without any safety equipment.
A criminal case was opened under the article "violation of labor protection requirements, resulting in the death of a person through negligence."
