OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) — Last Friday, police say cameras caught a man randomly choosing victims to harm in the Plaza District, which ultimately led to his arrest.
According to OKCPD, two victims were walking on the sidewalk when the suspect came up from behind them and knocked them down on the ground. Police said it was a completely unprovoked attack.
The suspect then turned around and kicked one of the victims in the face while lying down on the ground before the suspect ran off.
Investigators were able to find the suspect, who has been identified as 33-year-old Adam Hartico. Police said he is currently in jail on several other complaints.
Hartico will now also face charges of assault and battery and aggravated assault and battery.
