José Vicente Rodríguez Arciniegas, a well-known sports businessman who lived in the municipality of El Espinal, was the citizen murdered on April 21 at around 5:30 p.m. in a service station located in the Carsuela village of the municipality of Guamo. It was unofficially known that the other injured person would have been the service station guard who, upon noticing what was happening, would have acted in defense of the victim, receiving a bullet wound.
