On November 28, in the Municipality of Carmen de Apicalá, Diego Armando Lozano Lozada, alias "El Borracho," was assassinated by bullet wounds.

The young man was playing machines in a well-known pool hall in Carmen de Apicalá, when a man arrived and shot him in the back at neck level several times.
