LA ROMANA, Dominican Republic — Authorities are searching for a man accused of killing another individual during an altercation in the El Higo sector of Villa Hermosa, La Romana Province.

According to preliminary reports, a man identified as Antolín is accused of causing the death of Eduardo Báez, who was commonly known by the nickname "Capo."

The victim reportedly worked at a local food stand located behind the Bill Grant School, near the area where the incident occurred.

Unofficial reports indicate that the incident took place during the early hours of Friday and may have stemmed from a dispute between the two men. Investigators have not yet determined the motive behind the altercation.
