Jackson da Silva Ferreira, 23, died on Sunday after crashing his motorcycle during an illegal high-speed race in the Aleixo neighborhood of Manaus. He lost control of his bike and struck a factory wall while racing another motorcyclist.

A video circulating on social media shows the two riders speeding side-by-side without helmets as bystanders cheered them on.

Jackson was known for his deep passion for motorcycles, cars, and vehicle restoration. He worked at his own painting studio while completing his final year of a Nutrition degree.

According to his partner, Graziela Andrade, he was generous, respectful, and well-loved by those around him. She described him as an excellent son and brother who was always polite and kind.

His interest in vehicles began in childhood and later developed into professional work in automotive detailing and motorcycle painting, an area in which he completed advanced training courses.

The couple, who had been together since adolescence, shared future plans. Jackson dreamed of being recognized for his work. In his free time, he enjoyed being with family and going for walks.
