Violence on public transportation in Jalisco has claimed another victim: a T11 bus driver is fighting for his life after being hit in the head with an aluminum thermos by an angry passenger.

Driver attacked on route T11 in Guadalajara A driver on Route T11 —formerly known as Route 55—was brutally beaten by a passenger in Guadalajara, Jalisco. According to witnesses, the attack occurred after the driver reported he had to stop the vehicle due to a traffic accident and wait for the arrival of the insurance adjuster, as is the established procedure in such cases.

A passenger, identified as a private security guard , reacted furiously. He suddenly struck the driver on the head with a metal thermos , causing a serious injury that left him unconscious. The victim was rushed to a hospital, where he remains in an induced coma due to the head trauma.
