On the afternoon of March 3, Binh Thuan Provincial Police Investigation Agency examined the scene of the murder that occurred in Ham Minh commune, Ham Thuan Nam district, Binh Thuan province.

At about 14:30 on the same day, Minh Tien (born in 1981, living in Thuan Nam town) and Anh V (born in 1987, living in Ham Minh commune) drank with some other people.

Unexpectedly, there was a conflict between Tien and Anh V that led to Tien using a weapon to stab Anh V. The incident was recorded by a camera at a resident's house. As a result, Mr. V died. After committing the crime, Tien went to the police to surrender.

The investigation police agency of Binh Thuan Provincial Police and professional units examined the scene and asked for an autopsy.

The case is being investigated and clarified by the police.
