The victim's identity was not revealed. So far, there is no confirmation about the cause of death and no suspect has been pointed out. A man was found dead, with his hands tied, on the morning of Monday (24), on Alfredo de Castro Avenue, in Rondonópolis, 218 km from Cuiabá. On the body, there was a note written: "I died because I stole a low-displacement motorcycle". The victim's identity was not disclosed. Residents of the region called the police in the early hours of the day when they found the body. The Mobile Emergency Service (SAMU) was on site and reported that there are indications that the victim may have been strangled, but there is still no confirmation. The body was sent to the Forensic Medical Institute (IML) of the municipality where it will undergo tests. So far, no suspect has been identified. The case is being investigated by the Civil Police. |
