The aggressor of the two brothers who were run over early Wednesday morning in the Fenadu parking lot has been identified, said the Secretary of Public Security, Oscar Galvan.

He said that the fight started quickly, but they have identified the vehicle and the aggressor, so it is expected that he will be arrested shortly for whatever responsibility he may have.

The state official explained that the fairgrounds have good security , and that they plan actions daily depending on the artist who will come.

Oscar Galvan reported that the brothers’ condition is reserved , as this morning one of them underwent surgery due to his serious condition.

He finally commented that he could not provide more details because there is already an investigation file, and the competent authorities will be the ones to give the result of it.
