According to images recorded by the camera, when the young man was standing pouring powder into a mixing barrel, he was suddenly yanked into the barrel, then started spinning aggressively before a colleague ran to turn off the machine and rescue him.

According to the reporter's research, the incident occurred on May 23 at a company located in Chon Thanh town.

The victim's identity was determined to be Mr. NVL (38 years old, from Ha Tinh). The victim was taken to the emergency room with very serious injuries , broken legs, arms, ribs, and traumatic brain injury.
