Man is caught in crossfire and shot in the face while leaning over wall after hearing neighbors gunshots - Brazil

A security camera recorded the moment in which Bruno Junior, 33 years old, was killed after being shot in the face by a neighbor’s gunshot in the District of Pirapó, in Apucarana, in the north of Paraná. The homicide was recorded on Saturday night (9).

From the images, you can see him climbing onto a gas cylinder support and putting his head over the wall. Afterwards, he is shot.

The 41-year-old gunman was arrested by the Civil Police on Wednesday afternoon (13). The warrant was served at the place where the suspect works. The defense claims that the shot was fired in self-defense.

Bruno J., 33 years old, died after being shot in the face last weekend, in Apucarana (PR). According to the Civil Police, the victim was at a party in a house on Rua João Batista Judai, in the Pirapó District, when he was hit after looking through the wall to check for gunshots fired at the neighboring property.

Witnesses told the police that they were participating in a gathering and that the victim heard gunshots coming from the neighboring house. Worried, Bruno climbed onto a gas cylinder holder to try to see what was happening over the wall, at which point he was shot in the face. Teams from the Mobile Emergency Service (Samu) were called, but the shot was fatal and the boy died at the scene.

At the home of the gunman, the police seized an air rifle modified for 22 gauge with scope, 12 gauge shotgun, 380 caliber ammunition, 14 detonated 22 caliber ammunition, deflated 12 caliber ammunition, loaded 380 caliber pistol magazines, as well as 11 380 caliber pistol cases detonated.
