A man was shot dead on Thursday night (1st) on Avenida Aliomar Baleeiro, better known as Estrada Velha do Aeroporto, in Salvador. Anderson dos Santos Oliveira, 35 years old, was on the back of a motorcycle, intercepted by robbers.

After the approach, the criminal took Anderson's cell phone and shot the victim, even without reacting. The man died at the scene, in front of the Formula Cielo residential complex, in the Nova Brasília neighborhood.

The motorcycle was driven by another man. Both were approached by four criminals on two motorcycles.

"Silc/DHPP was called to carry out the first investigative investigations into the death of Anderson dos Santos Oliveira, 35 years old, victim of gunshots on Thursday (1st), on Avenida Aliomar Baleeiro. The case is being investigated as a robbery. Expert guides were issued. The authorship is being established", informed the Civil Police.

Military police officers from the 50th CIPM were called. According to the Military Police, the victim was rescued by the Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu), but did not survive his injuries. The area was isolated and the DPT was called to remove the body and carry out an investigation.
