A man was stabbed to death on Sunday night (15). The crime occurred in the Santa Helena neighborhood, in Caputira.

The Military Police were called to respond to a homicide, PM team immediately headed to the scene and found the 40-year-old victim already dead.

According to information, the perpetrator was a 30-year-old man, who arrived at the scene and stabbed the victim several times. According to reports, the motive for the crime was revenge, as in 2021, the victim had killed the suspects brother.

The PM continues to take steps to locate and arrest the perpetrator, and is counting on complaints from the community, which can be made via 190 or Hotline, 181.
