An alleged hitman, who had attacked the former delegate from the Azucena neighborhood, first section, in the municipality of Cárdenas, in Tabasco, was lynched and hanged by residents, who took justice into their own hands. According to versions of the neighbors, the former municipal official named Armando "N" was watching the soccer game of the Mexican team at his home when he was surprised by two men, who shot him several times and although he was helped by his neighbors who took him to the hospital lost his life. The weapons crews alerted the inhabitants of the Azucena neighborhood, first section, who immediately began the search for the hit men, closing the entrances to this area and managing to arrest one of them. The residents of this community, angry and incensed, lynched the alleged shooter and hung him by the neck from a tree in the central park of the ranch, where he lost his life, but beforehand he would have confessed that he received 10,000 pesos for attacking the former delegate municipal Armando "N" , assuring that a person named Juan "N" was the intellectual actor of this execution. The hitman who was lynched was originally from the municipality of Pichucalco, Chiapas, and so far no authority has ruled on these events.
