Three men arrested for fatal shooting of 26-year-old in North Hollywood - Los Angeles

Three men have been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting in North Hollywood, authorities confirmed Friday morning.

Police responded around 12:30 p.m. on Thursday to reports of gunfire in the 7300 block of Lankershim Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers found a man lying on the ground with a gunshot wound. Paramedics attempted life-saving measures, but the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

The deceased was identified as 26-year-old Delfino Moor. His cause of death was determined to be a gunshot wound to the chest. The incident occurred in a rear parking lot.

Detectives from the Robbery-Homicide Division’s Valley Bureau took over the investigation and identified three suspects: 31-year-old Angel Banuelos, 21-year-old Joshua Provencio, and 24-year-old Jonathan Cuellar. All three were arrested and booked on suspicion of murder, with bail set at $2 million each.

Investigators are continuing to review surveillance footage and interview witnesses as the case is prepared for submission to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office for filing consideration.
