An elderly woman with limited mobility was tragically killed after being struck by a train while attempting to cross railway tracks in Nam Dinh Province, Vietnam.

The incident occurred around 9 a.m. on July 19 at the Old Nam Dinh Railway Station. Surveillance footage captured the moment the woman tried to cross the tracks but was unable to move out of the way in time when a train rapidly approached. She was struck head-on and died instantly at the scene.

The heartbreaking incident has raised concerns about pedestrian safety at railway crossings, especially for vulnerable individuals with mobility issues.
