MDA medics and paramedics who were called to the scene found the worker with no signs of life and with a severe head injury, and pronounced him dead at the scene.
Paramedic from the MDA motorcycle unit, Issachar Weiss, said that "the injured man was lying unconscious, without a pulse or breathing, and he suffered very serious injuries to his body and head. We performed medical examinations, but unfortunately his injury was fatal and we had no choice but to declare him dead at the scene."
Senior paramedic at the United Hatzalah, Elchanan Roth, added that "When I arrived at the business, I found a worker there, a 36-year-old man, unconscious, without a pulse and not breathing, with a severe head injury, after being injured by a tire that exploded while he was working. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the injuries, MDA paramedics were forced to pronounce him dead at the scene.
