A 44-year-old woman died after getting into a physical fight against her 43-year-old ex-partner in a snack bar in Jardim Estela, in Poá. She invaded the armed establishment and tried to kill her ex-husband, but ended up being shot during the confusion and could not resist the injuries.
The case, according to the Secretariat of Public Security of São Paulo (SSP-SP), happened on the 9th of this month. However, images from the snack bar's security cameras were shared on social networks and went viral in the region.
The fight would have been motivated by a disagreement about the couple's financial situation, according to a city news portal. She went to the place and, in the video, it is possible to see that she shoots her ex-husband a few times. He reacts and the two start fighting.
The confusion, which began in the kitchen of the snack bar, drags through the establishment to Av. Lucas Nogueira Garcez, where the snack bar is located. There, the man ends up shooting the close-up against the aggressor.
The two received medical care and were rescued to the hospital, but the woman could not resist the injuries and the man was hospitalized.
The weapon was seized and the case, registered at the Itaquaquecetuba Police Station as suspected death, attempted murder and death report. The investigations continue.
