A 21-year-old robber was arrested in an unusual way on Tuesday night (11), in the Jaqueline neighborhood, in Belo Horizonte (MG). During a robbery at a store, he tried to put the gun in his waistband, but was injured by an accidental shot.
The Military Police informed the Itatiaia portal that he and two accomplices held an employee hostage and fled taking clothes and accessories in a Fiat Bravo. While the criminals were putting the products in the car, the victim heard a shot and saw the trio flee in a hurry.
The PM analyzed security footage and captured the moment when the robber injured himself. He was later found receiving medical attention at the municipal hospital in Contagem, where he remains under escort.
