JAKARTA CITY – A video has been circulating of the moments of a head-on accident between a vocational school student’s motorbike and a Toyota Alphard belonging to a DPRD member on the Kendari – Unaaha axis, Konawe Regency, North Sulawesi.
This incident occurred on Sunday, January 12, 2025, which showed the two motorcyclists veering off the highway. Shown before the incident, the Toyota Alphard car was driving in its lane at moderate speed. Suddenly, from the front of the car, a Scoopy motorbike appeared coming from the opposite direction, blocking the car’s path right in front of it.
As a result, the accident was unavoidable and resulted in two vocational school students being seriously injured.
A Honda Scoopy 110 without a license plate driven by a student along with his friend who is also a student was driving from Unaaha towards Kendari. Upon arrival in the Lasoso Village area, the motorcyclist was allegedly sleepy so that he unknowingly swerved to the right and hit the Toyota Alphard.
