A corpse was found dead inside a Military Police vehicle in Cuiabá (MT) on the morning of last Monday (6). The body was that of Joel Kelson de Oliveira, 42 years old.
The car parked with the corpse was in Alencastro Square, where the city hall of the capital of Mato Grosso is located.
The Secretariat of Public Security of Mato Grosso released a video recorded by a security camera that shows the moment Joel enters the vehicle.
According to the PM, the vehicle's electronic locking system locks the four doors of the vehicle's cabin, but does not lock the trunk. Therefore, the trunk door was unlocked.
The PM states that Joel had tickets for crimes such as bodily injury, threat, driving under the influence of alcohol, disobedience and contempt.
