In Ukhta, a group of young people beat up a 42-year-old man. The attack was captured on surveillance video.
According to reports, the victim is a disabled person and a combat veteran who went through Chechnya. He is currently in the hospital.
The police, in turn, reported that they had already detained two suspects. They turned out to be previously unconvicted local residents – a girl born in 2005 and her friend born in 2004.
A criminal case was opened against them, and an investigation is underway.
