According to the report from the city's Military Fire Department, the victim was being dragged through the center of Caarapó when the population stopped the animal and called for help. At the scene, the man was found with his leg tangled in the animal.
According to firefighters, the young man was rescued conscious and oriented, but was unable to report what had happened due to the intensity of the pain. He was taken to the city hospital.
