The Civil Police are investigating the shooting of Marcos Vinicius Luiz Macedo, on Monday afternoon (7), in a bar in Nova Iguaçu, in Baixada Fluminense. The incident took place on Rua Ana Luiza, in the Cabuçu neighborhood. Agents from the 20th BPM (Mesquita) heard from witnesses at the scene that the victim was in a bar when hooded men approached and fired shots.
Images show the victim lying face down, lifeless, in a pool of blood. Witnesses reported hearing a series of gunshots around 00:30am.
The Baixada Fluminense Homicide Unit (DHBF) was called. The officers reported that investigations are underway to determine who committed the crime.
