Young man attacked and his hands mutilated
In broad daylight, a man with his face covered with a helmet mutilated both hands - with a shovel - of a young man who was outside an Oxxo located on a corner of Francisco I. Madero Avenue in the municipality of Macuspana .
In a video recorded by a security camera facing the establishment, the moment can be seen when the victim, a young man between 20 and 25 years old, dressed in a dark shirt and fluorescent shorts, is approached by the attacker.
When he realized that the attacker was threateningly attacking him, the young man tried to flee, but was hit in the back with a shovel.
The blow knocked the young man down, causing him to fall face down and it was there, on one of the parking spaces at the Oxxo, that the attacker struck several blows with the edge of the shovel on both of his victim's hands, until he completely mutilated him .
At the time of the attack, two women were walking by the area and despite realizing what had happened, they just continued on their way, without anyone trying to intervene.
While the victim was lying on the concrete, the attacker ran across the street because on the other side of the sidewalk his accomplice was waiting for him on a motorcycle , ready to flee in an unknown direction.
So far, no authority has given a statement on what happened or further details on the victim's condition.
The aftermath of the video is posted <a href='https://krudplug.net/m/video.php?vid=7444'>Here</a>.
