Space Pioneer conducted a STATIC fire test of the first stage of its new Tianlong-3 rocket. But in some incomprehensible way, she freed herself and simply flew away from the stand, setting off on a free flight. Apparently, the engineers did not consider this possibility, so there was no abort system.
The stage gained height and then fell to the ground, ending its odyssey with a spectacular explosion. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
By the way, Tianlong-3 is, in fact, a Chinese copy of Falcon 9. It is stated that the first stage of the rocket will be reusable and in size and weight it is very close to the first stage of Falcon 9. It is a pity that Space Pioneer did not think of copying it as well also safety rules.
