According to the information, this incident took place in Seelampur yesterday on 12th April at 11:34 pm. Here 35 year old Shahnawaz was going on the road in E Block scrap market. He is a resident of New Seelampur Delhi. It works as a swing. Shahnawaz was going on the road when a young man shot him from behind at point blank range and ran away.
