MEXICO – Video shows the moment two men died after their vehicle overturned in the dunes of the Great Altar Desert in San Luis Río Colorado, Sonora.
The victims were identified as surgeon Fernando Hidalgo and his co-pilot Angel Valdez.
Both lost control of their unit and overturned from the top of the dune known as El Hoyo.
Video spread on social media shows the moment when the car fell on the sand spinning and both men were thrown out.
The bodies have been transferred to San Luis Río Colorado and are in the process of being delivered to their families.
