A prison guard shot and killed a colleague in the early hours of this Saturday (16), after arguing during a get-together with other people in the bar of a club in Belém, in the East Zone of São Paulo. The crime was recorded by the local security camera (see above) .
The victim was 59 years old . The man who shot fled and was wanted by the Civil Police . Until the last update of this report, he had not been arrested. The names of those involved were not released by the Public Security Secretariat (SSP) .
The case was registered as a homicide in the 30th Police District (DP) , Tatuapé. the investigation will be carried out by the 81st DP , Belém. In the video of the crime, which is circulating on social media, it is possible to see the victim knock the shooter to the ground. He then kicks the victim and shoots at least four times. The victim falls.
Two other men appear in the images and try to contain the shooter. One of them wants to take the gun out of his hands, but he won't let him. Then he gets up and puts it away. Then he runs away.
Military police officers were called to respond to the incident and found the injured victim. "The man who was shot was taken to Tatuapé Hospital, but he did not survive his injuries" , says an excerpt from the note released by the Security department.
The video of the crime will be analyzed by the police.
