A 20-year-old man died this Saturday at around 4:30 in Bairro Alto, in Lisbon, as a result of disorder, reported the metropolitan command of the PSP in Lisbon.
The source added to the Lusa agency that he could not provide further details and that the case had been handed over to the Judiciary Police.
CNN Portugal knows that the young man was attacked with a bottle in the neck area, leaving him seriously injured. He was also transported to São José Hospital, but did not survive his injuries.
The victim was part of a group of people who got involved in riots at the intersection of Calçada do Combro and Largo do Calhariz, in Bairro Alto, at 4:30 am this Saturday.
