A woman was shot dead at a gas station in Anápolis, 55km from Goiânia. Images from security cameras recorded the moment when the woman gets out of a truck and goes towards the shooter’s car, who fires the shots.
The crime took place on Thursday (21), in the Jundiaí neighborhood, on Avenida São Francisco. Police stated that the woman was a loan shark and those suspected of killing her had a debt.
“The victim practiced loan sharking and had arranged a meeting with this debtor at the gas station. After an argument over the debtor’s refusal to pay, the woman blocked his vehicle from exiting, which disembarked and fired several shots,” explained the police chief. .
According to the delegate responsible for the case, the suspect who carried out the shooting has already been identified. The delegate explained that the police are still investigating the motivations for the crime.
