Taraz. August 7. KazTAG - Two people have suffered chemical burns at the Novodzhambul phosphorus plant, a facility that is part of the Kazphosphate LLP, controlled by the sons of the ex-speaker of the Majilis Nurlan Nigmatulin.
“An emergency happened on the territory of Novodzhambul Phosphate Plant LLP in Taraz on August 3. Two people received chemical burns,” said journalist Mikhail Kozachkov said on his Telegram channel.
He posted a video of the incident showing the moment when a strong fire occurs while two workers are on a rail tank car, presumably with chemicals, , after which one of the workers jumps down and runs away.
“It is better not to watch the video,” added Kozachkov.
