Two men died after a shooting inside an alcoholic beverage sales center in the municipality of Baní, in the Peravia province, on Thursday night.

Braulio Guillermo Lara Lara, 46, and Miguel Ángel NúñezGuerrero, 57, lost their lives from gunshot wounds. According to a press release, two armed men entered the establishment and shot the victims without saying a word. After the shooting, they fled in a speeding vehicle.

Local police and Magistrate Angela Santana arrived at the scene to collect evidence of the shooting, including security camera footage.

The forensic doctor Dr. Walter López authorized the removal of the two bodies, which were taken to the Regional Institute of Forensic Sciences (Inacif).

The authorities are carrying out an investigation to determine what happened and, according to reports, the alleged perpetrators of the homicides have already been identified.
