The man who brutally murdered his partying partner at dawn last Monday in the Álamos neighborhood of the town of Engativá, in western Bogotá, he turned himself in to the authorities. The impressive fact intolerance was caught on a security camera, which was shared on social networks and messaging. The trigger for the homicide, in an unusual way, was a fight over a lighter. The case was recorded this October 24, at 5:15 in the morning, according to the audiovisual record. The images show the way in which the murderer, a man with a disability, on crutches and with only one leg, distracts his alleged accomplice so that he looks at the ground, and then takes out a knife with which he wounded him in , at least, 21 opportunities in just 15 seconds. The victim, whose body was found lifeless at dawn, was wearing a brown jacket and a camouflaged havana and green cap. Residents of the sector complain about the constant presence of drug users in the neighborhood and ask the Police to increase patrols to prevent new acts of violence from recurring.
