Manaus/AM – A man was found quartered inside a plastic bag this Sunday morning (21), in an invasion area known as Comunidade Marielle Franco, in the Grande Vitória neighborhood, in the East zone. A resident who was walking along Hibisco Street, around 10:30 am, was the one who found the bag and realized that it was human body parts. She called the Military Police and 4°Cicom agents went to the scene and confirmed the dismemberment. The head was also in the bag, but the man was not recognized at the scene. The victim was also without clothes and had no signs of gunshots. According to the experts, the condition of the body reveals that the stranger was murdered and thrown into the street a few hours ago, as the body was not yet hardened or had a strong odor. The parties were referred to the IML and the crime will be investigated by the Specialized Police Station for Homicide and Kidnapping (DEHS).
