A woman in Linyi, Shandong Province, China, narrowly escaped injury after a workplace accident involving a forklift.

According to local reports, the woman was standing on the back of a truck organizing cargo when a forklift operator accidentally struck the stacked load. The impact caused wooden boards, boxes, and other materials to topple over.

The woman fell from the truck and was briefly buried under the fallen cargo, creating a dangerous situation.

An insider said the forklift driver later described the incident as an operational error. Despite the severity of the accident, the woman was not injured.
