The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released dashcam footage of a fatal incident involving a double homicide suspect that occurred in June 2025.

According to authorities, the incident began on June 17, 2025, when police in Concordia attempted to stop a motorcycle driven by a suspect identified as 23-year-old Francis Alcantar-Chavez. The individual was wanted in connection with a double homicide.

The footage shows the suspect crashing the motorcycle into a patrol vehicle during the attempted stop in Saline County, west of Sweet Springs. As troopers tried to detain him, the suspect allegedly retrieved a handgun and opened fire on law enforcement officers.
