Malegaon, India — A violent attack involving a group of assailants left one man dead and another critically injured in the Akhtarabad area of Malegaon, police said.

According to reports, the incident occurred following a dispute that escalated into a brutal assault. A group of seven individuals allegedly attacked the victims using sharp weapons and other objects, leading to severe injuries.

One of the victims died at the scene due to the intensity of the attack, while his companion sustained critical injuries and was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
