In Bilecik, Turkey, a fatal traffic collision occurred during what appeared to be a motorcycle race on a public road, resulting in one death and one injury.

A motorcycle with license plate 41 BCA 507, travelling from Ericek Village toward İznik, collided head-on with an oncoming car. The motorcycle rider, identified as S.A., was critically injured and later died at Pamukova State Hospital despite medical efforts. The car’s driver, identified as F.M., sustained injuries and was taken to Pamukova District State Hospital for treatment.

Footage from a motorcycle camera shows several bikes racing on the road at the time of the crash. Local authorities have launched an investigation into the incident.
